At Bleu Le Blanc, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Should your order not be right for you, you may request a return within 28 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be returned in their original condition and must be unused, unworn and unaltered. Items must be free from perfume, fragrance, marks, damage or signs of wear. All original tags, labels and security seals must remain intact. Items should be returned with all original packaging and supplied accessories where applicable. Items returned without their original tags, labels, security devices, packaging or supplied accessories may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at support@bleuleblanc.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request. Our team will provide the appropriate next steps and return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements may vary depending on the delivery location, item value, reason for return and the terms of any promotion connected to your order. Any applicable return charge will be communicated before your return is confirmed. Where an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty, Bleu Le Blanc will assess the matter and provide appropriate instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, we may be unable to accept returns for personalised or customised products, made-to-order items, sealed beauty, skincare or hygiene products once opened, intimate apparel, swimwear or earrings where hygiene seals have been removed, items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable, and products that have been worn, altered, damaged or used.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible. Depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account. Original delivery charges, premium delivery services, import duties, taxes, return fees and other non-refundable services may not be refunded unless required by applicable law or where the return is due to an error on our part.
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items
If you believe an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bleuleblanc.com. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label where relevant. Please do not return the item before receiving instructions from our Customer Care team.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws, including rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, repairs, replacements or refunds.
