These Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional campaigns, discount codes, seasonal offers, welcome incentives, limited-time promotions and other benefits offered by Bleu Le Blanc. Specific campaigns may include additional terms. Where there is any difference between these terms and the conditions of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will apply.

Eligibility

Promotions are available only to eligible customers and may be limited by destination, product category, order value, account status, payment method, campaign period or availability. Bleu Le Blanc reserves the right to determine eligibility and to withdraw promotional benefits where misuse, fraud or suspicious activity is identified.

Promotional Codes

Discount codes must be entered during checkout before payment is completed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred, sold or reproduced and cannot be combined with other offers. Promotional codes may be limited to one use per customer, household, account or payment method. Promotions may exclude selected brands, categories, limited items, gift cards, sale items or services.

Promotional Pricing

Where an item is included in a promotion, the relevant offer price and conditions will be displayed on the product page, in the shopping bag or during checkout. Promotional pricing may be available only while stock lasts and may end without notice once the campaign period has expired.

Minimum Spend Requirements

Where a promotion requires a minimum spend, the qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before taxes, duties, delivery charges or other fees unless the relevant promotion states otherwise. If a return, cancellation or partial refund reduces an order below the required minimum spend, Bleu Le Blanc may adjust or reverse the promotional benefit where permitted by law.

Gifts With Purchase

Gifts with purchase are available only while stocks last and may be replaced with an item of equivalent value or withdrawn where necessary. If you return items from an order that qualified for a gift, the gift may also need to be returned in unused condition. Failure to return the gift may result in its value being deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Personal Use Only

Promotions are intended for personal use only. They may not be used for resale, commercial purchasing, automated ordering, bulk buying or any activity that undermines the intended purpose of the offer.

Changes or Withdrawal

Bleu Le Blanc reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, including in the event of a technical issue, pricing error, misuse, fraud, supply issue or legal requirement.
