How are products selected and presented?
We select pieces with attention to design, quality, relevance and presentation. We aim to provide clear imagery, relevant product information, condition notes and sizing details where available, helping you make an informed purchasing decision. Please review the full product description, sizing information and all available images before completing your order.
Are all products brand new?
Product condition is stated on the relevant product page wherever applicable. Depending on the item, a product may be new, archive, vintage, pre-owned or specially sourced. We recommend reviewing the individual product page carefully before making a purchase.
Does every item include original packaging?
Original boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards and other brand accessories are included only where expressly stated on the product page. Where original packaging is unavailable, your item may be delivered in secure Bleu Le Blanc packaging.
Can I reserve an item?
Items are not reserved until your order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorised or confirmed. Adding an item to your shopping bag does not guarantee availability, particularly for limited, high-demand or specially sourced pieces.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Please contact Customer Care immediately after placing your order. We will always try to assist, although changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered processing, payment verification, dispatch preparation or shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Bleu Le Blanc is a global store and delivery is available to customers worldwide, subject to destination restrictions and courier availability. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, local courier capacity, seasonal demand and the nature of the item ordered. Certain specially sourced, limited or high-value pieces may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow a short period for the courier’s tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Will I need to pay duties or import taxes?
The treatment of duties, taxes and local import charges depends on your delivery destination. Your checkout will indicate whether these charges are included in your order total or may be payable separately before delivery. Customers are responsible for complying with local import requirements where applicable.
What is your returns window?
You may request a return within 28 days of delivery, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. This commercial returns policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
Can sale items be returned?
Some sale, promotional, archive, limited-edition or final-sale items may have different return conditions. Any restrictions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, subject to the processing times of your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

What should I do if my order is incorrect, damaged or incomplete?
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible at support@bleuleblanc.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label where relevant. Please do not return the item before receiving instructions from our Customer Care team.
