Shipping Policy
Bleu Le Blanc ships to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During launches and sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- European Union: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
- United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch, not from the order date. Estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available for your destination, tracking details will be included in that email.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped to the European Union and the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless expressly stated at checkout.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Bleu Le Blanc is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@bleuleblanc.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@bleuleblanc.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
