Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bleu Le Blanc purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Right of withdrawal (UK & EU)

Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@bleuleblanc.com within that period.

Returns (all regions, including the US)

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for all orders, including the United States, provided that the item is:

  • unused, unworn and unwashed;
  • in its original condition with all tags attached;
  • returned in its original packaging (dust bags, boxes and authenticity cards included, where applicable).

How to start a return

  1. Email support@bleuleblanc.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will confirm the return address and provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of your return being approved. We recommend a tracked service — the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in (GBP, EUR or USD), within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post the credit.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@bleuleblanc.com. In these cases we cover return shipping and will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original delivery costs.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed, and earrings) cannot be returned unless faulty. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
