Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability — in such cases any amount paid will be refunded in full.

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. UK and EU customers benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
